Built once. Tended every month.
tended builds the website your business should have, on top of the booking, ordering or store system you already run, or from nothing at all. Then it keeps the site true every month: hours, prices, photos, new pages.
Five steps. Always the same.
tended reads your site
Every page, price, photo and link you have today. Nothing on it is touched.
It is built before you are asked
A finished site at a private link, made for your business, with your real content.
You look, tended fixes
Hours, terms, photos, words. You confirm what is true; tended changes what is not.
Two settings, then live
Your address points at the new site. Anything you already run keeps working. Old links redirect. Reversible in minutes.
Looked after, monthly
The edits you send, content kept in step, and a one-page report: calls, directions, searches, reviews.
Built before they were asked. Checked by Google.
Three of the last builds. Each began from what the business already had public, or from nothing at all, and each was finished at a private link before the owner was asked for anything.
A furniture store in Las Vegas
1,228 pieces, rebuilt on top of the Wix store it already runs. The cart and checkout were left where they were. Google's PageSpeed tool, same morning, on a phone: 66 before, 96 after.

A handyman in Las Vegas
One person, a phone number and a list of jobs. Built to bring calls: the estimate form in the hero, the phone on every screen, the Google rating where it is seen, photos of real work, and the service areas written out for search.
Built from nothing at all: no site existed before it.
See the site at its private link
A dance studio in Henderson
Built from what was public: classes, schedule, photos, the trial offer. Four looks were drawn before one was chosen, and the owner saw a finished site, not a mock-up.
Every build is checked with Google's own tools before it is sent, and the numbers are shown to the owner, not summarised.
Scoped with you. Priced for the work.
Every business is read first. Then the parts are counted: pages, products, languages, the systems you already run. You get one written quote with the work listed, before anything is agreed. Nothing is charged until the site is live on your own address and you have approved it. No contract.
Your Google listing and reviews against the businesses around you, every page, speed on a phone, where you appear in search and in AI answers, and a written plan. Checked by a person.
- Ordered from your free account, delivered within a day
- Credited in full toward a build
Priced from the count, not the hour: how many pages, how many products, which languages, what systems have to keep working. The quote lists the work; the work is what you pay for.
- Every page, product and photo carried over
- Written and designed for your business, not a template
- Launch on your address, old links redirected, reversible in minutes
One monthly plan. This is the part that keeps the site true and tells you what it did for you.
- Hosting, certificate, backups
- Content kept in step with the systems you already run
- Edits you send: hours, prices, photos, promotions
- Monthly report: calls, directions, searches, reviews
- Leave any time; the site is yours as files
What the trade charges for each part of the job.
Published 2026 rates for freelancers, agencies and care plans in the United States, so you can weigh a quote against the work rather than against a template.
| The part | Typical rate elsewhere | With tended |
|---|---|---|
| Design and build hours | Freelancers $65 to $175 an hour; agencies $120 to $250 | You pay for the result, not the hours |
| A page written and set up for search | $150 to $500 per page | Every page, inside the build |
| A product carried over | $0.20 to $0.80 each just to type it in | With its photos, facts and structured data, inside the build |
| A second language | $0.12 to $0.18 per word | Where your customers need it, inside the build |
| Speed work | $300 to $2,000 one time | Inside the build, measured with Google's tools before and after |
| Care and reporting | Care plans $50 to $500 a month; search-reporting retainers $500 to $2,000 a month | One monthly plan, with the sync and the report |
Why the difference: tended's build system does the repetitive part, so the hours a person would bill do not exist. The quote covers the result and the person who reads every page.
How to tell it is really tended.
The sender is hello@tended.site, signed by the person named at the bottom of this page.
Every preview link ends in .preview.tended.site. Previews are unlisted and hidden from search engines.
Your current website is untouched. tended builds from a copy of what is already public and logs in to nothing of yours.
tended never asks for a password, a card number or a payment link by email. Nothing is charged until you say yes and the site is live.
Who I am
Jose Marquez Alberti
hello@tended.site github.com/JoseMarquezAlbertitended is a one-person studio with a build system I wrote myself. I read each business, the system builds and checks the pages, and I look at every one before it is sent. There is no sales team. If a message from tended reached you, it is because I read your site and thought it deserved better than the builder it sits on.
Send your website. It gets read first.
Create a free account and tended reads your current site: a light version of the check that comes before every build, with what it would fix first. The full report is one click inside. No card, no call.
